Space to notice—without stepping out of the working day

We facilitate short pause sequences for people whose diaries are already full. No mystique, no hard sell—just clear guidance on breath, posture, and attention resets you can repeat at a desk or between meetings.

Based in England, working across the UK. Sessions are educational wellbeing activities, not medical or psychological treatment. We work within UK data protection law and publish company information and accessibility details so you know whom you are contacting.

Our stance

We are not promising transformation. We offer repeatable pauses that respect cognitive load, consent, and the fact that your inbox will still be there afterwards.

Micro-shapes you can try the same afternoon

01

Grounding glance

Soften your gaze on a neutral point; let shoulders drop on an exhale count you choose. Handy before a long stretch at the screen.

02

Stride reset

Twenty steps without headphones, noticing heel-to-toe rhythm. A literal change of scene between rooms.

03

Quiet inventory

Name three sounds, two textures, and one colour in the space. Drawn from sensory awareness, kept secular and brief.

04

Boundary line

A tidy finish to a task: close the tab, stack the mug, shut the notebook—one tactile full stop before the next thread.

Hosted at Cooperage Farm, Old Road, Coventry CV7 7JP, or at your premises when logistics allow. Chairs, timings, and fire exits agreed in advance.

When you book a hosted pause block

Groups arrive with laptops closed. We alternate guided pauses with quiet intervals so people can notice what shifts for them—without sharing aloud unless they wish to.

  1. Arrival — names, seating, plain-language expectations.
  2. First cycle — seated breath and jaw release, about six minutes.
  3. Movement — optional standing stretch, always invitational.
  4. Second cycle — attention widening, still seated.
  5. Closing — one takeaway phrase each person writes privately.

Where these pauses tend to work well

Product teams ahead of planning days, NHS and community settings between busy admin windows, and remote cohorts who want a shared clock rather than another slide deck. We adapt language to your sector without scripting false enthusiasm.

Straight answers

No. We offer structured wellbeing pauses for adults at work. If someone needs clinical support, we signpost to appropriate NHS or private services and do not provide diagnosis or treatment.
Not by default. If an organisation requests materials, we agree scope in writing beforehand and avoid capturing faces or voices without explicit, documented consent.
We primarily support teams in England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. Remote delivery may be possible elsewhere subject to contract and data-transfer safeguards described in our privacy policy.
