1. Deposits and balances
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, we may request a non-refundable deposit to hold dates. The remaining balance is due before the session date according to the invoice schedule. All prices are quoted in pounds sterling (GBP) and, where we are VAT-registered, VAT will be shown in line with HM Revenue Customs rules.
2. Cancellations by the client
If you cancel more than fourteen full calendar days before the scheduled start, we refund any balance paid beyond the deposit, or credit it toward a rescheduled date within three months. If you cancel between seven and fourteen days, fifty per cent of the total agreed fee remains payable. If you cancel fewer than seven days before the start, the full fee remains payable because staff and materials are allocated.
3. Rescheduling
One complimentary reschedule is permitted when requested at least seven days in advance and subject to availability. Additional reschedules may incur a reasonable administration fee stated on the revised invoice.
4. Cancellations by Viphnoreeuzli
If we cannot deliver due to facilitator illness or other operational reasons, we offer a new date or a full refund of amounts paid for the affected session. We are not liable for your ancillary costs beyond that refund.
5. Force majeure
Neither party is liable for delay or failure caused by events outside reasonable control, including severe weather, public authority orders, or failures of utilities or transport networks. We will propose alternative dates before invoking retention of fees where fairness supports it.
6. Digital materials
If you purchased downloadable session outlines, refunds are available within fourteen days only if you have not downloaded or copied the files. After download, digital goods are treated as consumed for the purposes of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, subject to your statutory rights.
7. Complaints
Email supportcenter@viphnoreeuzli.world with the invoice reference. We aim to acknowledge within five working days and propose a resolution within twenty working days.
